At Sunshine Sailing Australia we can provide the luxury of a magnificent sailing yacht and a qualified skipper to sail you around your chosen cruising area at your own pace. These cruises are designed as an Introduction to Sailing and at the end of each you'll receive an Introduction to Sailing certificate.

While you plan your itinerary, we'll advise you on the best snorkeling spots, sheltered anchorages and local attractions.

Your Skipper can provide sailing instruction for novices, can help you brush up your navigational skills, or you can just sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine!

Our fleet includes an exciting Jeanneau SunFast 37, with MSQ/DoT Survey requirements.

Our skippers are fully qualified and personally selected by John Bankart.

Bring your own lunch and drinks, or choose from our extensive catering menus, from a small snack to a gourmet breakfast, lunch or BBQ.

These very popular sailing cruises provide you with a unique opportunity to extend your sailing experience or just sit back and relax.

 Try Ocean Sailing!

Come and join us for a 2 hour relaxing sail on the ocean! You will have the opportunity to trim the sails, helm the yacht and learn a little about sailing, as well as sit back, relax and enjoy the sunshine. There's agood chance of spotting a dolphin or two, or even a whale at the right time of year!
$95 per person, max 7 guests.

Charter the Yacht, your own private experience!

Half day Sail:
$550 for up to 7 guests

Let us sail you along the coast from Mooloolaba, and Alexandra Headland to Mudjimba Island. If weather permits it's time for a quick swim and lunch before we sail the shoreline, returning to the safe haven of the Mooloolah River and the Mooloolaba.

Full day Sail:
$950 for up to 7 guests

Prepare your lunch and beverages for a full day sailing. We're off to sail the Sunshine Coast's best shorelines. Head north to famous Noosa Beach, anchor for lunch and swim Laguna Bay before setting sail back to the Mooloolaba.
Or alternatively, sail south along the coast passing Kawana & Wurtulla towards the beautiful beaches of Caloundra. Have lunch on the move with the magnificent Glasshouse Mountains in the background.

Champagne Sunset Sailing Criuse

$95 per person, min 4 guests, max 7 guests

Cruise for 1-1/2 hours sipping champagne and nibbling strawberries as you sail along the magnificent beaches of the Sunshine Coast as the sun sets sensationally over the distant ranges of the Hinterland.

In the winter months (July thru October) the great migration of whales passes our beautiful coastline north to Hervey Bay to give birth to their young.

In the spring they return with their new born back down the coast to the Southern Oceans.

If we're lucky we can sail quietly out towards these magnificent mammals, watching as they frolic in their own natural way. This is really quite magnificent!
